    Celebrity Membership Site $50.00

    For those who want to make some money in the celebrity niche, I am offering up a celebrity membership site for you. This offer is available to new web hosting clients, with a 12 month commitment. You would need at minimum a semi-dedicated box to host this.

    Included:
    * Custom Celebrity CMS (PHPO/Smarty)
    * Tutorials on How to Market & Promote
    * Payment Processor Integration
    * Support

    Terms:
    * 12 Month Hosting Commitment. Semi/Dedicated Box.
    * $50.00 Per Month Payment 4 Celebrity Site/script.
    * Contract Required for Term.

    Historically on my celebrity membership sites, I charged $14.95/16.95 per month for memberships, but you can charge whatever you like. If you follow the tutorials, you should be able to get more than 10 memberships a month easily (i.e. pay for investment). If not, you need to find another business.

    Additional details provided privately. I would recommend my main designer, who knows this script well and can do the integrations for you. However, you are welcome to find one of your own if you like, or pay someone like Zuzanna. Examples or demo's available.

    Delivery time will vary based on designer workload, and your final approval of design work. No work will be scheduled with designer until payment is made. Questions? Contact me.

    Payments Available via WIRE/EPASS/Verified PP.

          Now when I develop pay sites, especially those I know I am going to sell off, I do things a bit differently. Which is why I do not have more recent stat examples.

          Once I started doing development, consulting and flipping sites 2-3 years ago... I now will set up the processor with a stand alone account. No longer with mine. This way once they purchase the site, then I simply have to do a CNR (change name responsibility) and then they take it over. This allows them to keep the rebills, and also be seamless to the customer.

          In the past, when I would set up sites it was under my main account. So when you sold the site, you have that complication with recurring, or rebilling, members. As I was not going to hand over my account with a bunch of other sites on it.

          However, once the site is sold. I not longer have access to the accounts.
