looking for a webmster to manage my developed porn tube (VIDS.NET), we split 50/50

Without feeder the website has around 35k visits a day. 11k bookies + noref_in traffic 4k from SE rest is from trades. Website is spread on 3 dedicated servers hosted on NatNet, a premium web hosting company. The thing is i didnt monetize or work on building the website too much and i cant start now as i have other mainstream projects going on. So the website is now eating more BW than its making from revenue. I need an experienced webmaster to run the website for 50% revenue share. As you can notice the website has a premium domain, it has built-up traffic and its located on a premium hosting so it has all capabilities to grow.
