Grunt Worker Needed - Video Capture Work - GoFuckYourself.com

Since I have been unable to find a good fit, or quality traffic manager, for my network I am piecing together I am going to have to bring in a hired gun for some grunt work. My assistants are doing some of this themselves the old fashioned way in regards to uploading sponsor content. However, I need more.

Task One:

I need someone who can record video from an AVS tube style site (these would be flash videos). You are going to record/snag them from one site. Rename and sort them per niche. Then I will have you upload them to my site(s) later.

These are going to be typically 30-60 second preview or sample clips. Although occasionally one may be a bit longer. You must be able to capture them at decent quality. I will expect to see preview prior to accepting your bid.

Task Two:

You are going to take the clips from task one, and perhaps a flash drive of material my assistants have saved, and will set up some traffic tubes for me. I have not decided if I will continue using my script or if I will look at others on market. Since the social aspect is a bit lacking.

You would be responsible for the set up, and uploading of the content into the script per niche and daily uploads to keep it looking fresh. I would also consider later having this person doing some traffic generation and promotion for these site(s) to get them rolling.

Alright, so there it is. While frustrated in regards to not finding someone to fit the bill for all my traffic management and other needs, I am basically going to break tasks down the toe simplest form to manage in short term. Over time, I will look at this again and re-evaluate. So there may be more work down the line as there are a series of sites in the pipeline after this.

Please submit your bid for this work. You can do it on a per video basis or charge. Right now there are some 15,000+ videos. Or cluster of videos. I will look at all options, and have you email me your bids if you contact me per ICQ. I will also point you to a site, and have you grab some videos to show me your quality of capture.

There will be no down payment of any kind. You will be paid per results. So when you have reached a certain number of videos, or every few weeks, end of the month. Then you will be paid accordingly.

Added clarification for Grunt. We will focus on the initial task or priority.

1. You will capture videos from the site(s) I give you. Most are under one minute, some are longer. You will capture whatever is available. Long or short and save them.

2. As you save them, you will categorize them into niche. This will come in valuable later when we move to additional site(s). One clip per niche. I do not want to see dups in multiple niches. I will have an assistant doing quality control along the way, and when I get a flash drive hard copy.

3. You will upload captured videos daily via FTP to server. I will take it from there.

4. I would like this to be done 5 days a week, M-F.

Now, some additional points for those applying for this position. That YOU NEED TO ANSWER before offering up to take this position. These are realistic commitments you need to put out there, including cost.

1. How many videos can you do per day, 4 hours per day (for example)?

2. Cost per clip? Per hour? Per week? Per month?

3. I need to see quality of capture from a video from site provided.

4. I need to know what to expect in your production. How many clips you can commit to based on the day, the range of time on clips, and what it takes for you to capture.

Keep in mind, I have people offering to do pricing per week, per month, per clip. So the offers are all over the boards with what they can do in hours, number of clips, and pricing. Also, that this is a long term repetitive boring ass task. So you need to be able to maintain whatever level you commit to from the beginning.

Looking for those who are serious, and can follow instructions.

I know that most people can't do this and quality work for 8 hours a day. It is repetitive and boring. Especially 5 days a week. So let's be realistic here.

*I am looking for someone who can give me 2-4 hours of consistent quality work daily.
*You will turn over all hard copies of material to me as we go.
*I prefer someone U.S. or Canada, but will consider others if I find right person.
*I am looking for a serious bid. Per video, batch of videos, and commitments to match. I am not going to pay hourly. You are paid on performance.

Depending on how you handle this task short and long term. I may have some additional work for you currently be done by assistants. I really need them working on some other stuff, but this work needs to get done ASAP.

Hit me up if you think you qualify, and you can provide examples. I may even have you do a test run for a few days before deciding for those who are truly interested.
