All templates are coded in valid XHTML and CSS are table-less designs with few images for fast loading. Each template includes the Adobe Photoshop PSD file for the header image so it can easily be modified with your site's logo (I will change the logo for you for an additional $3).

I'm only selling limited quantities of each so get one while you can. I can only accept PayPal payments at this time.

I didn't see the templates as those links don't work but if your selling his work as your own and he didn't give you resell rights or you just ripped them that would be shady as fuck.
