Good niche keywords. Not too much competition. Google say's 450,000 searches monthly for the term "small tits" in It's search engine, as compared to "small boobs" that only get 135,000. Would work good with (small tit)solo girl content and of course any other small tits content and sites. Big sponsors like Silvercash, Fetishhits and Niche Wealth have paysites in this specific niche. Lot's of solo girls have small tits and can be found at loads of programs. Someone can probably dominate the tube side of this niche with this domain.
