You must not have a lot of experience dealing with membership sites and recurring revenue. Much less one with a ton of content 1000 scenes. $2240.00 x 12 months revenue is a fair asking price. In a better economy, they would go for 18-24 months. Especially with a solid recurring membership base.

Some are. Some are not. I do not think I account for all of the TGP's where the previous mentioned submits are going to. However, there are always going to be some referring site links that will discontinue.

That said, come on man. We are talking about 750 daily UV for this demo site. If you can't find more than that one your own....

Nope. I do not have tracking urls for sign ups. I am sure some came from promotional efforts, and other from clip store promotions and updates. That is something the buyer can continue doing themselves.

It has been up and under 70 since this has posted since I am no longer focused on actively promoting this site. Last I checked, it was still in low 60's. I want to say 63.

I have not been updating the site with new content, nor actively promoting, since 1/2010.

I have been 'shuffling' the main page videos to make it look as if updated. It has around 1000 videos/scenes. I stopped updating it when I noticed most members do not even watch 25% of the videos. They seem to find favorites, and just watch those over and over.

Revenue remains consistent despite my lack of promotion and updates. Approximately 50% of the memberships are recurring. It still is keeping around 60-70 members per month, between recurring and new sign ups.
