Recommendations Needed

Most people who I have talked to, or that have contacted me, can't afford to buy into a company (i.e. any sort of partnership). However, I need to diversify into different pieces. Here is a very broad overview of situation.

Assets:

Established Membership Sites
Huge Content Library. Cheap Production Costs. High Profit Margin.
Niche and Micro Niche
Established. Including Traffic, Brand, Newsletters, Fan Base, etc.

Existing Needs: (specifically traffic, promotion at this time)

Expand, Develop, Manage Tube Network. Combination of Different Scripts and Objectives.
Expand Ad Network.
Expand Existing Membership Base of Pay Sites. Traffic & Promotion.
Develop, Launch, Track a "Network Pass" for all sites.

2010 Game Plan: (what I am working on)

Develop, Test, Expand Mobile Offering. Including script/add on.
Develop, Test, Expand Social Network. Including cam and chat.
Apply Adult Applications to Mainstream Local.

I am looking for someone who has had some success on their own. Also someone who can fly to Michigan, or vice versa, preferably U.S. based for face to face business meetings and planning. Maybe even come in a for a week a month. During shoots, or whatever.

The girls I have could easily work on this person's other niche sites. Whether solo girl, or some other micro fetish, softcore material to help bring in more money short and long term. I simply do not have any other fetishes of true interest to me. So that is an option. Scheduling girls for a week to 10 days and shooting my fetish sites, and partner's.

The production costs are insanely low, and profit margins high. I do not shoot males, or hard core. I do not want the legal or drama issues that surround those markets. Nor the added expense. You can still get girls to do the skin, and even lesbian shoots for much less expensive that other places per shoot.

The 2010 plans I are fairly hefty or aggressive. But with this market and the changes. I think they are necessary to stay ahead of the curve. Just like my tube pay site(s). I am interested in developing and testing the new technologies and scripts. More so than the maintanence that is now required in the day to day stuff. Which is where you come in. My assistants can help on some of the mundane tasks like images, forum posts, and so on.

I am also looking at some other local, and mainstream options for development. Taking the things tested and developed in the niche and adult markets, and applying them locally to some things I have on my white board I think can easily make some money.

I simply can't do it all myself, or even with some hired people who have no industry knowledge. I need to seriously look at someone who has actual skill sets and wants to be a part of something bigger. I bring in some nice advantages, and someone in the traffic side can bring in some as well.
