HIRING: Run My Fetish Sites and Empire

With the lack of serious money in adult, and mass amount of people leaving it makes it increasingly hard to sell off old assets I no longer want, even if profitable. So I am considering doing a strategic partnership of sorts with the right person who can handle the traffic and promotion side of my pay sites.

Let me say this before I go further... it will be PERFORMANCE BASED and you will get a percentage of NEW sales. So there is no need to contact me asking for $5-10k a month and some of the other comical things I have had offered in the past.

Ok, now that's out of the way. Here is what I bring to the table..

12+ years in the online industry. My main areas of focus are pay sites, and foot fetish/tickling/celebrity content. A production side that can shoot new content and girls less expensive then just about anyone in this industry. I have a number of pay sites, that already have killer SEO and SERPS, plus nice conversion ratios on minimal traffic. I have an active celebrity forum, and celebrity membership site(s) that also tie into the mix. Also with some decent SERPS for their niches. I also have a couple of assistants who can help on some of the mundane tasks.

What I am looking for it someone who can build up the traffic and marketing side, not only for my sites. But for the fetish in general including development of some new sites. You must bring your own capital to the table.

I have some ideas for 2010 that would help solidify the niche and traffic. I simply do not have the desire for the day to day management and maintanence. I have other things on the radar of greater importance to me.

If you have no money, this is not an opportunity for you. If you are looking for a pay check, this is not an opportunity for you. This is a real offer to someone to can deliver, and bring something to the table in a long term partnership of sorts. I have no interest in running a big affiliate program.

I know what is needed for the existing market conditions, and growth of my sites as well as the additional sites planned for 2010. I simply do not want to take on the hassles of traffic network.

Serious candidates please contact me with your experience, and what you bring to the table. I prefer U.S. based folk who can occasionally do face-to-face meetings for business purposes and planning.

I will have you send me your background, and experience, via email.

If a partnership arrangement, what percentage would the partner own and what percentage would the partner make for commission?
Actually over the years (and offers received) they tend to vary. Which is why I am keeping my options open in looking for the right fit.

Ultimately, I simply want to handle the production, and new ideas of my business. I no longer want to deal with the traffic maintanence and marketing aggravations of emerging traffic trends and promotion. I know what is needed moving forward, but I do not want to be bogged down in the daily aggravations.

As you can see from screen shots from some pay sites here

    and here...
    http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=939405

I obviously know what I am doing on SERPS, and converting sales. But it really needs to be stepped up. A lot more money to be made. However, I really prefer to work on new sites and creative things. But there are still parts of the business that require attention, and can generate a lot more money.

The reason I touch on some of the things you have mentioned (although very briefly, and I can see why you would be confused) is that I have had people contact me that want 50% of the revenue or more. But want to invest nothing. Maybe some time. Some offers also do not want it to be performance based, paid on merit. They want to essentially look busy and draw a pay check. Or those who want me to basically give them a budget, and they spend my money, and THEN get a more than 50% share of revenue.

    Those are unrealistic.

It is hard to accurately describe what I am trying to get at in a few paragraphs. Even then, this is a long shot. Someone with the skills, and capital, needed to work in a fetish market.

      Plans for 2010:

      Enter Mobile
      Expand Tickling Niche
      Expand Fetish/Production Offering
      More Tube Pay Site(s)
Social/Dating/Chat to take advantage of cheap labor

      Candidate Should Have/Skill/Be Able to...

Mech Bunny/STP tube scripts and set up
      Traffic and Trade Script experience
      Strong Affiliate Background or Experience
Solid TGP Submit Database and Partner Accounts
      Blogs/SEO/SERPS

I am sure there are some things I am forgetting, but ultimately this is for someone with some experience, and knowledge who wants to get into the niche markets with unique content. You bring the marketing and traffic side, I deal with the production side.

You are paid a percentage of NEW sales driven on existing sites you are taking over. On new launched sites, you would be split on all sales.

Sites You Would Take Over Marketing On..

        Fetish Search Engine
        Celebrity Membership Site
        (active, members)
Old Compilation Foot Fetish and Tickling Site (active, members)
        Active Celebrity Forum (active, members)
Two Old Footsie Sites (currently offline)
        Amateur Tube Pay Site

Right now I am still actively running this..
Foot Fetish Tube Pay Site (active, members)

But I may include this into the sites to manage.

Let me be clear, I am looking for a long term working arrangement or operating agreement. You will start out at a 3/6/12 month, and we will renew it as we go along based on results. You will be paid once a month based on performance after expenses.

        Serious inquires only need apply.

so you want someone to do the marketing you take care of the production, seems like an affiliate program to me except you have to pay to get in and you don't build your own business just someone elses

                        Sure.

If you generate $10k-20 in new sales a month. You can easily be paid that (50%).

I would keep the existing sales. You would get a percentage of everything you generate. New and rebills.

So let's say the site(s) had 100 members for convenience. You come on for 6 months, and get the site(s) up to 200 members. I would keep the initial 100 (as I would still be doing some marketing myself) and you will use a link code for all your promotion efforts. So everything you actually generate. You get a cut of for the lifetime of membership.

Sounds like a good deal, i meet all the requisites but living in USA, plus i'm already doing something similar with an sponsor program in my country...but also running my own network, so i'm afraid it would be too much work for me to handle properly.

Just a point you should consider to probably get more offers (and that i had to discuss with that company i'm working with), you said this:

It makes the person to work as an affiliate, not as a partner. As everybody knows, there are a lot of affiliate sales that get lost in the mix, because no cookies set, or expiring ones, because branding can't be tracked with a link code but also brings future sales, because SEO work can't be fully tracked with an affiliate code, etc.

I think you have a good starting point, but if you want somebody to put the cash to become you partner, and to do the huge job of managing all the traffic, webmaster support etc, you can't just offer a % of the sales generated by his own link code (you already know yourself that it's a huge task if well done, in fact is why you want somebody to do it).

It would sound different if you offer something like "my site has 100 members when we sign the deal, you will get your cut from every member on top of those already existing".

Then that sounds more like a real and fair partnership, specially if you also require cash from your new partner, so it would be more or less like buying assets from your company (with the huge plus for you that you are still the sole owner on paper).

Anyway again i think it's a good starting point for somebody to become your partner, and over time, as you both gain confidence on each other, to become a full 50% partnership, where one partner shoots the content and creates the sites, and the other manages/grows traffic and work on sales/marketing. If well done, sound like the perfect team.

Yep. Which I have no issue at all with in that regard for members. However, some concerns raised in those who have contacted me are long term they want to be paid. So for example, let's say 5 years down the line they want to leave the industry. They still want to be paid on services rendered. So that linking is the only way to keep track.

Otherwise, you have to structure some kind of end at the deal. Like lump sum. In this economy, the odds of selling off a site... especially bigger budget sites... has become a waiting game. They will eventually sell like all do. However, you tend to have to wait 90-180 days for the serious buyers, and those to make payment. Which can be a point of frustration.

Yep. It is a sweet offer for someone who truly knows the traffic side and wants to invest in a niche company who has content that actually converts consistently. Both on pay sites, and clip stores. The low labor costs is a huge key as the profit margins are a very nice incentive. Especially should expansion play into things down the line. I am in a college town, and strategically located for never ending applicants.

I am sure, in time, the solution will present it's self.

One other thing to keep in mind for those who are serious about this offer...

In addition to driving sales and traffic for the existing and expansion sites... 2010, and 2011 I am looking to build a production studio that will allow for the girls to do cam, chat, and interactive website(s).

I am not going to go into all of the details publicly, but it is something to think about in regards to the expertise and capital we are looking at moving forward.
