I'm in awww of this post and more interested in how you even got my name or found the audacity to mention it in the context you have posted. I request that you publicly post the so called scam in detail and how i met you?I had dinners, went to parties and even invited people from this forum to my house. I know i post on here alot put that makes me no scammer, Some would call it ambition if they had half a brain. To conclude the last person i did business with on this forum with "Shelly Crash" for a paypal transaction in the amount of 2,500 for database one month ago who i will contact, and have here verify my claim. It is strongly suggested you get your priorities straight, and post who really scammed you. You also posted both an email address and Icq acct. I use neither service! I use the same address i've beeen using for 10 years [email protected] and formally support@fmandl which i no longer own since Aug 2008. You have the floor sir?

I did do business with FMandL / Apolloresources.

I consider my business transactions confidential and dont like being name dropped and feel rather forced into the middle of this, something I do not appreciate. I'm not bros with anyone in this thread, I'm just offering my feedback after talking to both parties involved as that's really all I can do here.

My transaction with FMandL did not go smoothly, he did take much longer to deliver on the purchase, was not always upfront about why the process was being delayed and wasn't the best about getting back in touch with me. The truth of the matter is I did have to open a paypal dispute. To be honest the problems UsualEnt is having sound very similar to the issues I had with my transaction.

But- in FMandL's defense- he DID deliver on his promises, eventually. Even though the process frustrated and dissapointed me, I am pleased with the quality of what I received.

Also he kept in touch with me by AIM, phone and email, never ICQ and his personal details as I know them do not match the details on the paypal account UsualEnt shared with me. But also to be 100% honest the paypal account I sent the funds through for our transaction did not belong to him either.

From what I have experienced with FMandL I do not consider him to be a scammer, I am happy with what I got from him just the process of getting it was long and drawn out and left much to be desired. I think UsualEnt did the smart thing using paypal, you should never wire anyone cash that you don't know personally.

I really dont understand how this many people are getting scammed, do none of you have any idea as to whom you do business with?

One thing that stood out about this scammer is that his use of the English language is not so good. His grammar sucks. He says things such as:'

"So we gonna dont do anything about it"

He also had no clue about traffic for the site. He tried to tell me that a site that was ranked in the 4000's by Alexa got 14,000 raw hits per day.

It was quite obvious that he was making things up on the fly.

Everyone can now rest! USUALENT and i just got of the phone and had a rather productive conversation. It's clear there was a mis-understanding that will now lead to what can be a mutually beneficial relationship. I was given great advice, but i was also relieved to know there are still people of honesty and integrity in the e-commerce world of pussy. So let's break it up nothing else to read here except, go whack your lizard's and be well and wait for UsualEnt's response.
