I'm developing a web-based massively multiplayer strategy game and need a designer to make an outer template for me to use while it's in beta. After I'm done developing the game, I'll need you again to help me with the inner portion of the page.

I already have a logo (below). My total budget is $1,000. No flash or animation. I'll do the install myself. Please email me at joe dot bannon at yahoo dot com wit your quote and a link to your portfolio. I'm not looking to make this 'adult' in any way. I'd like a designer to make it look fun and inviting.

Do you need just the front page? Do you need it in valid css? I need to know the details of the "inner page" for a later date so I can see what needs to be done now. What is the game about etc.. I need to get a better feel for what you are going after. The more details the better.

I'll email you this too, but I'm going to post it here for everyone.

I just need a template, a high-res graphic I can cut up myself and install. No CSS, I just need the graphic. There is no info I can give about the inner page, that is being developed.

The game is a lot like "own your friends" on myspace, but they have no graphics and it's pointless to check it.

I do have a logo, can you use that as a starting point for this? You have to understand, I'm just a programmer. I'd rather have a designer take the ball and run with it.
