I am still shooting almost every week. So there is plenty of new content in the pipeline, and I can even shoot custom material if it is in line with what I already shoot (i.e. non-nude fetish).

EXPENSES:

I do not pay anything for link buying, banners, PPC, or alike. I have never promoted using any of those methods on my adult sites.

My monthly costs are as follows (not including new material, which I produce).

1. Dedicated server. $150.00
2. Chameleon Submitter. $29.95

While I host many other sites on my servers. You needed a dedicated for this much disk storage. Almost any site with a ton of content will need a dedicated box. Virtual will not give you enough disk space.

TIME INVESTMENT:

It takes me maybe an hour a day, 5 days a week, to deal with this site. I do not work on weekends.

That includes the following...

1. Typing in descriptions, and approving the scenes, 5 days a week.
2. Updating the clip store doing the same thing as mentioned in #1. Sometimes I will schedule the week in advance.
3. Building, and submitting a gallery using CS. 5 days a week.

The other things, like compressing, cutting, encoding, and uploading videos you do overnight while you sleep. You simply load them into the program needed, and either run or schedule it. Then it is done by the time you get up in the A.M..
