The BIN is calculated by a few different factors including the future revenue of the site, 60 months is more than I factored in but it sure sounds good

This is not a parked domain so I don't believe that value is completely dictated by revenue anyway.

I'm just saying if it's making around $800-900 per month then a BIN of $60,000 is surely 60 months revenue atleast.

The domain is good, but wouldn't say that made it worth $60k either.
