Why do you want to sell your CCBill account? Is this an account for a previous paysite of yours? If the paysite is not active and you're just selling the account, are you giving value to it just based on the rebills of non-active users who just didn't cancel?
I'm confused, I've never seen someone sell a CCbill account before.

I must admit I thought the same thing. You are talking about sales and rebills but haven't said where the sales are coming from - I assume you are selling a paysite along with this . . . do you not want to give out the domain name for some reason?
It would be a bit odd to sell a CCBill account for something that is no longer operational (so the billing can only ever go downhill eventually to nothing). I would also be surprised if CCBill would allow this?
