chinese dragon toon artist?

I am working on a new theme and I am in need of a chinese dragon toon that will either go across the header or have two chinese dragons facing each other in the toon. Does anyone know of any skilled toon people that could do this kind of work.. I attached a photo of a chinese dragon. I am also on a short time frame so I need it done ASAP.
