Hi,

Last few ordered workig with WWC is horrable. They fastly attach the offer to any thread asking for content, but then... One of there's old manager now is just looking for new orders for them, but don't responsable for content delivery. Others answering very long. You don't get License Agreement if you don't ask for it. I placed order on Tuesday and still have no asnwer from them.

I think that's my last order from them. I'm f**cked up with them.

Does any one sells party events (no hardcore)?

TO Moe B.: I sent the letter to [email protected] at Septemebr, 17. When will it be answered????? Also don't understand the way you do the business? Why I have to run after you after placing order??? I want to select, pay and then get content and license agreement. And that's not for the first time. I think that I don't ask a lot. I don't want to write reminders, etc, etc. Also I have the head rounded from the people whom I must contact. Time ago I wrote to Bako and Pajo. Now Bako said he's aside manager, Pajo doesn't asnwer.

Bw.: I'm very interested in who gave WWC Xbiz Awards and for what?

WWC is the best content company I ever dealt with. I bought 90% of my content from them. They actually made me rich.

I have to apologize to you for the trouble, I am here to assist you... I am sure there is a perfect explanation and we always work had to take care of every customer and any size order. I added you to icq and left you a message but have not heard back from you. Please email me at [email protected] or add me to your ICQ and I will make sure to take care of you.

One of the reasons we stopped issuing license during purchase is because we have 30 day exchange policy and that make created lots of problems so we changed the policy to issue the license after 3 to 4 weeks after the purchase to make sure there are no exchanges. This has worked much better for both the customers and our company. However, anytime customer contacts us for an agreement before the wait time we do issue the license.

Again, I am sure either your emails have gone to our spam folder or somehow have not gotten to us, I am sure we would have taken care of anything you asked for.
