As far as ads go, I personally suggest signing up with Cubics.com and using their advertisments. Ads must be in IFRAME and not javascript (which is what adsense uses)

One copy of each (except the gift one) have been sold. I was going to sell 3 but decided to limit it to only 2. Therefor, only one more copy of each will be sold. Then that's it! Now is the time to act they won't be available much longer!

what kind of server requirements are needed for those apps?

CYF- Server requirments are php any mysql. The apps themselves are not very big as most the data is stored in the database. The apps just go into a folder on a domain you already have hosted (ie: mydomain.com/appname) so it's not like they need their own special domain or anything..

Yes, you receive full rights and all of the code. All code is done via PHP and MySQL for the database.
