I've had a few inquiries about revenue.....

Revenue is through black label ads and 16 adult affiliate programs. A quick check of those affiliates and adbrite (black label ads) shows $6,296.75 revenue from them alone in the last 12 months.

4,000 backlinks and 6,000 pageviews per day is damn good. Remonetize this site and have a cash cow. I have 45 sites and need to weed some out to spend more time concentrating on only about a dozen.

I want $5,000 - which is 33% less than it's worth. Real value of a site is calculated by the revenue x 18 months out.

Traffic is from nearly every country of the world, but mostly US. I have full stats from google analytics.
