Genera comment not specifically related to THIS sale though it applies also.
When you buy a site that makes its money from being an affiliate, you need to be very sure how reliable the previous six months sales are as you run the risk of these previous "sales" being charged back and the site debiting them to the account you take over reducing your future commissions.
