The site is almost one year old. This is a established site and you can be sure you will get your investment back I'm selling because I want to invest the money in an offline bussiness idea that I have.

Opportunities for growth
One of the great advantages of buying this script is that is very popular. So far there have being sold 374 copies of it. The license of the script is multidomain and most people have more than 1 site with the script. I estimate that there are 1000+ sites using the script.

I see at least two great opportunities for the new owner:
1) Develop your own ad network.
The script comes with a video player, you can integrate the video player with an ad network developed by you. An example of people doing this is longtailvideo.com You can develop something similar to what they have there. You already have good amount of sites to start with.

2)Make a site like Plugsubmitter.com
Again with the amount of users of the script, you can use that user base to start a site like plugsubmitter, which could be integrated to the script. Just by charging $20 per month to 100 users you'll be making $2000 extra. Plugsubmitter charges $75 per month.

After sales support
I'll be fixing any bug that shows up in the script for 1 month after the sale. I can't add new features though, just fix any bug if there's any.

What is needed to run this site
Is not necesary for you to be a programmer to run this site. As the code is already developed you can hire someone just to make the addons that you may want to add to the script.

The script works scrapping the video providers sites, so when one of those sites changes it's layout, a change has to be made in the code of the script for it to be able to continue getting videos from those sites. This changes don't take much to be done, usually around half hour.
