we are looking for site owners whom commands a lot of traffic (min of 100k uniques per day) and are looking to liquidate what they got for a decent one time buyout. We have a $100k budget and are very serious in acquiring such web properties. Buyout will be negotiated on a one on basis and the terms of the sale will depend on the value of the site in question.
Even if you dont own such properties, but knows someone that does and is willing to sell, we will pay you a 5% finders fee commission if the sale goes through.
The following are the site requirements:
- any traffic generating type site is fine w/ us, it can be a tgp, mgp, tube, entertainment or any other hybrid type of site, but nothing shady (dialers, warez, hijacked traffic).
- at least 70% of the traffic comes from US/EU countries
- site is at least 1 year old
- asian / webcam type site preferred, but not absolutley neccessary
