How many affiliates do you have? If 0 (zero, nothing, nada) then the price can be understood.
Do you have sorted the content problem with Paul?

I don't understand why would you sell these sites for one month profit or less. Hell, even converting them to free sites would make you more money in a month or two.

The license is for you to use the content on the domains. Now unless you signed the contract as a company the content license must be transferred. It's plain irresponsible to not work this out beforehand.

Normally licenses are transferrable, but Paul does not like that. You have to talk to him first, otherwise the buyer will have to pay again... it's happened before.

Normally licenses are transferrable but for a FEE payable to the original content licensor and not the seller. Paysite buyers have to always keep that in mind.
