The best advice I can give is to search the Sell and Buy Forum and see what other webmasters are doing. See how they market their content deals. Keep the following in mind.

1) Are you selling your content exclusive or semi exclusive. And what rights are you transferring to the buyer.

2) What payment methods do you accept. Paypal, epass, check, wire, and so on.

3) What delivery methods do you offer. Download, FTP, Delivery on external hard drive.

4) The content itself. What resolution are the pics. The videos, what format, length, and bitrate.

5) Make sure you have the proper documentation.

6) Have a decent amount of samples.

7) How to contact you.

Pretty late for me so if I have forgotten anything I am sure someone else will fill the gaps.

--> Video is from Sony PMW-EX1 in 1920x1080p resolution. All of the footage is still raw, and the edited footage is also available at no additional cost in any resolution and slew of formats you like. Stills are 4288x2848 resolution and unedited or edited, your preference. Given the quality and resolution, we're trying to sell more to sites that use footage on a semi/exclusive basis rather than selling them to dozens of tube sites.

5) Make sure you have the proper documentation.

--> All sets are accompanied by 2257 documentation and all ID's required.
