At its peak it had 30k a day in mostly SEO traffic and made $30k per year.
I havent looked after it for some time and it has reduced down to about $8k per year.

If I put it back up it will make me 5 sales per week with no work at all with rebills that will be around 8k for a year.
Someone with who can do SEO could earn 20k a year from this domain.
I think its worth about what it can make in one year.

Good luck with the sale, dude. I'm just trying to wrap my head around the "I think its worth about what it can make in one year" comment. You know that any, absolutely any domain out there has a potential of earning $20k a year if right person with right skills took it, right?

We all try our best at SEO - it often take a lot of work that stretches to months or years before any significant success comes our way. A domain that has certain potential if I invest all that time and effort into it is hardly worth what it could be if I did this and that to it.

The previous owners of met art gave me this domain as a gift.
The new owners should have NP as long as you use it to send them sales and why wouldnt you use it that way rebills with met art are the best ive used in my 10 years + in this industry.
