Please don't confuse anyone. I'm not selling Paul Markham's content, I'm selling the whole project with domains to which the content is licensed and hosted.

Selling the content alone would be violating the terms of the content provider.

We've been around this subject on another board with a similar deal with Paul's content, and unless you're selling the company which appears on the license the buyer would be liable to purchase their own license.

Of course if Paul comes in he can clear it up one way or another.
