so SPAM me with Shared .NET hosting solutions and dedicated .NET hosting solutions with full access to the IIS through remote desktop.

The developer tools Visual Studio and .NET supplies is without comparision to php and java. Design patterns are so much easier to implement and comply with.
AJAX is made easy and there's a million great components fully developed for $200-700.
Devexpress.com, ComponentOne.com and so on....
With the code completion in VS and these components following best practice it has made my programming very "cost effective" compared to the php applications I have made.

Win 2003 Server is also stable. I already have a dedicated linux box at webair but what I need is a place to develop .NET applications.

Agree 100%, I have been coding in .NET since it was beta, when it comes to complex apps using C# / NET you can develop it a lot faster then other solutions.

Just the 3rd party components in the market will save you a ton $$
