I'm selling off a network of 49 sites. These sites are basically parked with dynamic TGP content on them.

They are all listed in major search engines, none blacklisted, and all cross link with each other.

The way the content is displayed is pulled from a central database of galleries, and the new owner can set up the category of thumbnails to display for each site individually if they wish, in other words, teen thumbs can be displayed on teen domains, milf thumbs on milf domains, etc.

You can dit the category in the code. It's a simple one file PHP script for each domain. I have also started to add custom skins to the sites, which is a 3 file code. The new owner will receive both scripts.

There are some paid links in the network, which currently are on a per year basis. The network makes about $300 a year on paid links. The new owner will get the buyers lease time for the new links, and MUST honor the remaining time for links.

I currently charge $100 a year for links on the network, with 17 spots remaining.

This network would be great for someone just starting out or someone looking to add to their current network.

I used it only as a parked network, so no marketing or advertising has been done, so conversion ratios for the sponsors listed is minimal.

I'm asking $2000 for everything, including the script, domains, database etc.

With a new owner who has more time then I do, the possibilites for the network are potentially unlimited. You could convert it into an actual TGP network, rather then just using it for parked domains, and with a little effort, turn it into something great.
