Buying Placements on sites with High SE traffic

I got a decent run of leads and placements the last time I posted in here, but this time my focus is a little different. This go around I'm interested primarily in getting placements (text, banner, console, etc.) on any site in almost any niche with good SE traffic.

I'm open to any traffic sizes from tiny to huge buys -- the only condition is, of course, the site gets a lot of SE traffic.

I don't think this guy even owns or works for python or dollarmachine, he wasted my time on ICQ for 30 or so minutes wanting reviews for these sites and first off wanted me to send him my private sign up information over ICQ, then I look up his ICQ number on these sites and the number or name can't be found. After he supplied me with a username and a password for the python sites (that didn't work I may add) I got suspicious thinking that something is up here, he then ICQ'ed me back to tell me to go find another sponsor, like I was really looking for him in the first place, he came to me asking for advertising then says he can't pay any cash for anything. hmmm the beginning of the red flags.. I then tried emailing the people listed on those sites and no response yet.

I could have moved on and not posted this, but I want to hear what these people say in response.
