Have a blog + AVS site package (both celeb niched)

The AVS is a very unique concept doing 1:44 conversions this period. On pace to make $600-$750 this month with minimal but targeted traffic. Throw some serious traffic/advertising at it and I can only imagine the possibilities earnings wise.

It does around 10k per year, I will sell it for $30k, if the sale takes place before March I will let it go for 15k.
