People bought links from you, not the new owner of the domain. The contract was with YOU. If the new owner doesn't follow your requests, you either take back the domain from him or refund the people their money.

And you haven't delivered for everyone. There are nearly 10 people on this board who have said you scammed them. Won't be long before it's 11, 12, 13, and so on. Buyer beware!

This is simple math - you didn't deliver what you took the money for. Nobody cares what you did with the site. You took the money and links are not there. That means you owe every one a refund. Plus interest!

yeah its been noticed already, very shady tacticts. its the same if i would decide to sell my big site and just before selling I would sell out some "permanent links" on it

Many of the sites you sold links on weren't sold. I just went through the list, the hosting simply went down on them. You also asked me on ICQ if I wanted to buy more links on those sites when they were down. You told me you were moving to a new host and that was the reason they were down. Just man up and say you couldn't afford the hosting bill. Those sites were never sold.

Everyone has bad deal, unhappy customers and bad reviews. That's simply part of business. You can't please everyone. But on the other hand, you simply can't sell perm. hardlinks for a site, or a number of sites, and have those links gone within a week.

If you ran into financial problems (although I don't see how it's possible, if hosting costs $xx/monthly and you take $xxx for one link.) Just simply own up to it and refund the money.

If you don't have the money to refund, at least try and make an effort to reconcile the sale somehow. A lot of people are pissed at you, but if you open the line of communication and remove the shadiness from it, I'm sure these people would be willing to workout something with you.

Nobody on this board, from what I've seen and dealt with is completely unreasonable.

I hope this works out for everyone involved to their satisfaction.

Paypal does have buyer protection, you can file a claim with them if you have a large amount of evidence.

ah yeah, I was talking with John Albright a few days ago about this guy and I was told this guy Boobs scammed him, so I'd say to be very careful with who you do business. I was about to buy a couple domains he listed for sale, but well, it's better not to have those domains that giving my money with nothing in return as it seems it's his M.O.

Sell a few shitty ones and actually transfer and then scam someone out of a larger domain seems to be the newest trick. I think the number of people scammed by him is in double digits now.

well, at first he looked legit, I defended him a couple of times when he was attacked for selling just registered domains (maybe people who thinks domains are wine or cognac that has to be aged) so the first time I heard he scammed someone I though that has to be a misunderstanding. After many people said they were scammed by this guy, I really regret I have defended him in the past, esp when he fucked up a stand up person like John Albright from TMM

Seems the new breed of scammers make a bunch of small legit deals, then scam a few for big amounts. Then they can turn around on the board and say "look at the people who say I'm not a scammer". Fact is that if you rip off one person, you're a scammer.
