I have copies of both Ghost Recon games and haven't gotten past the first level of either of them. I just can't stick with it. Playing them on Live is a completely different ballgame and it rocks.

Oblivion is a time sucker. I play it on the 360 and my girlfriend plays it on the PS3.

Ghost Recon is probably the most complicated or 1 of the most for you to start playing on any system.


I'd go with Gears of War. Come meet me up on the live version Juicy. I'm trying to get on there a battle Spoff whenever I can. He kicks the crap out of me, but it's a fun, easy to use bad ass shooter game.

As far as I know (haven't checked myself) you can plug USB mouse and keyboard into the PS3.

For the 360 there's a product called the XFPS 360 Pro.

The New XFPS 360 Pro was built in new function, you can adjust the mouse sensitivity from 2 new extra wheels with 16 levels of adjustment for X and Y sensitivity to adapt perfectly to every mice on the market.(so there has no more dead zone problem again. (XFPS 360 ,the first version is continuing for sale, if you have the high sensitivity mouse ,just choose the original one)

Forza is unreal and a blast to play. I picked up that and Shadowrun last week, and am enjoying them both!

Socom is child's play compared to the new Ghost Recon games. I think one or both will make it to the PS3, probably well before we see a new Socom game...so check 'em out.

I don't play much but I found Call of Duty 2 and 3 easy and intuitive which had me playing in no time. I tried Ghost RECON and found it much harder. If you're just starting out like me I'd recommend one of the Call of Duty games to help get you up to speed.

I actually geeked out and bought the force feedback steering wheel for the 360 last weekend. Gonna pick up Forza 2 sometime this week. Seems to work great on Project Gotham Racing and on the DIRT demo. Sucks balls for the Need For Speed games though.

I just did some checking and they announced recently that there will be an online only Socom on the Playstation store before the end of the year. Looks like a great game so far. I am finally getting excited about being the PS3 sitting under the tv.
