Sorry but that is a very bad deal in my eyes.

With the girl/content it looks very nice (not sure if its worth 250 bucks, guess not )but what´s left when you took the girl out? a 20 $ template with nothing special , no header, no girl just a few tables and colors :/

For the average price of a page design this actually isnt very far from what it actually cost. I dont see anything wrong with this offer at all.
