PublicInvasion - As long as its PHP I can pretty much figure it out. I just meant that with WordPress I know it inside and out.

I took a look at your site and I could do a pretty nifty layout for you for about $150 which would include not only header, background, and post area graphics but even some section graphics like for the categories, recent posts.
