This seems a bit much. I'm not sure I can trust an unknown traffic source to pay back from 1 year out. Not saying that it won't though. Can you give an indication of the income levels?

Great question you asked in your post. Although we've already decided the sites aren't right for you, let me answer for anyone who has the same question.

When I have a person seriously interested I'll "open the books" and show them everything, sites, sources etc. The income from the sites over the time periods we discussed was from them basically "sitting there". If someone has time to take a pro-active interest they will be fine. Time is my bane, there aren't enough hours
