Got a few ICQs asking if the range I mention is in the low or high $X,XXX. Because I need cash for Christmas, it's definitely on the low end.

If it doesn't sell by Christmas I'm keeping it to develop myself, so now is the time to grab it if you want it.

Got an offer of $2000 on the table at the moment, but I'd like to get at least $2500, so first bid of $2500 takes it; otherwise I'm developing it into a free blog hosting site myself.
