I selected a few DVDs and tried to purchase them online.
The only payment option was PayPal. No problem there. I use PayPal. However there was no bridge from your site to my PayPal. Your site would link to PayPal but no payment info was carried over.
Your site is well laid out and the shopping and registration process were excellent, but you failed miserably in the most crucial area of closing the deal.
Please advise.

Except for a technical glitch and a shipping charge that a bit more than I anticipated, everything looks good so far.
I'm told that the disks will arrive in 2 days +/-

DVD's haven't shown up yet. Not terribly concerned. It's only been 4 days including one Sunday.

DVDs should have already been there as it was 2 day shipping. You have to remember that it is Christmas Holidays and if you go to the post office the line is out the door so maybe that is why they are not there yet. Price for shipping is a % of the order. The more you order the heavier the package therefore more money. Also, like other places the shipping costs pays for the shipping materials as well. Thanks
