Although Tim quite frankly im shocked that someone who has obviously been in the biz as long as yourself would remotely pay for anything 100% up front.

When I do any remote deals, i.e. over a forum, they're lucky if they get 50% up front from me. I only made the mistake of paying upfront once, got scammed out of $100 (by a GFY member who still happily posts here) and will never be scammed again.

I know this solves nothing, but I think a lot of you were pretty foolish in this deal.

Apart from the guy who got his money back via Paypal :)

Isn't Texas pretty much a fascist state? i.e. all the sheriffs are baddas who lock you up for life for looking at someone funnily? Get onto the Texas sherrif office, let them know about it... they'll LOVE the opportunity to hunt someone down like a dog!
