This disgusts me. I've sent numerous reports to ASACP yet no reply.

This site uses ccbill for billing. It aparently deals with the "nude" aspect of teenage girls. No model age specifitaciton on their site or where records are kept etc.. (i'm under impression that it's against the law)

does this mean just cuz everyone else is doing it it's ok?

I don't personally agree with a few of them and we don't as a company agree with some of them, but you know things aren't always the same as they were when we approved the join.

And since Gemini brought it up I will also mention this -- some things are legal that maybe shouldnt be. I don't make the laws, you don't either.

If we (or any other processor for that matter and I wouldn't name anyone in particular since this is a CCB site you are talking about) approves a site for processing, regardless of what they do afterward, the liability changes once that site is approved unfortunately.

Once again I don't personally approve (nor do I personally approve every site that we take for billing) but if you don't let us know then we don't know you have concerns.

Hardly! I hate those sites. But until laws are changed they will be with us. BTW, we turn EVERYone of them in as well. Let Helmy sort out the sites and report them as needed. He knows the people to report to to get get fast action.

I sighed simply out of frustration that I can't personally throttle the owners. I think I have proven my stance on this area more than once. Report and give it 48 hours, and report again if you hear nothing. EMails and form mails get lost.

No guarantee we're always going to be nice at first if you do flame but I'll be the first to admit (I hope) when right and wrong don't match with legal.

Can you do something about the posting of links to these sites on here. I mean there are def. more than just adult webmasters hanging out here, lurkers you know.

I thought it was an unwritten rule that you don't post links, instead you ask where to report it to and if you need help with verification ask somebody who is established and hook up with them on ICQ.

Just a thought, this shit may be legal but its garbage in my books and the kids that wander in here and the pedos that keep their eye on the webmaster boards don't need to see it. And even if its just one lurker, its one too many.

We reply to every ASACP Report that is submitted with a valid e-mail address. I am reasonably sure I know the last report you submitted to us on Wednesday, August 1, 2001.
It was a Yahoo e-mail address which I will not publish here incase you don't wan't it to be made public. It is possible that you made a typo when you typed in your e-mail address or there is a problem with the Yahoo servers or your e-mail account.
