We specialize in selling parts for common household goods on both third party platforms and websites we develop. This includes parts for things like lawnmowers, cars, boats, hedgers, TVs, appliances, go-karts and more. While this is a multi billion dollar industry the sheer volume of data and convoluted nature of this business leaves many opportunities to fill gaps that others have missed. Competitors are legacy businesses with outdated practices that make the customer experience terrible with some unable to even find the items they need.

There are tens of thousands of part numbers that cross reference to millions of model numbers and dozens of brands and often one part will have multiple names. Due to third party platform constraints and odd pricing structures it is impossible to cover all of these bases from a single account which brings is why this program exists.

No additional budget needed, available worldwide. This is a fully hands free solution with exclusive listings added to an existing account. We handle everything and send you 50% of the net profit but the goal is to move everything to your own accounts asap so some % should be set aside for that purpose. If you are outside of the USA you will either eventually want an LLC or to lease a host account. There are some exceptions for specific countries according to third party platform rules to be discussed on a per case basis. Includes free website development using Shopify.

Complete

Price: $1,500 Setup

Fulfillment budget of $2000 to $3000 needed for best results. Must have US presence either from starting an LLC or leasing a host account (currently 2 available at $500 and $900 per month.) This is a fully hands free solution after a quick initial setup if using your own accounts. To avoid delays listings can initially go on a host account to be moved once you have everything ready. Includes free website development using Shopify. Very high growth potential limited only by the fulfillment budget you choose. Can increase that budget at any time to facilitate faster growth.

Initial Required: $2,500 Minimum

We have many opportunities to increase revenue by expanding product lines, moving to new platforms, etc. but there is a high barrier to entry. For an extreme example Walmart pays every 14 days after a holding period which requires 30 days of fulfillment before revenue is expected and sometimes they arbitrarily hold back a % of these payouts as discussed here.

If you are interested in floating fulfillment until payments are received please contact with the potential budget to discuss one on one. Payment delays can range from 3-30 days depending on platform and age of account, will pay a hefty percentage in order to expand without budget concerns and can find something in your comfort zone.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are payment holds?

The main platform we use is eBay and payments take 2-3 business days for established accounts. New accounts funds are often held a set time period or until 3 days after delivery with these holds being removed after established. If you add a debit card to eBay you can receive daily payments even on weekends for a small fee, otherwise payouts are sent M-F. Shopify has a similar structure on new accounts, later speeding up to payments within 1 or 2 hours of a sale on established accounts. Other merchants have much longer delays and should only be utilized by those prepared for that.

How much can I make?

For the standard package and above net profit can be increased to 6 figures per year but the rate of growth depends on how much you set aside from profits for fulfilment. For capital partners the sky is the limit, well into 7 or 8 figures in sales possible dependent on your budget and re-investment into fulfilment.
