decided to sell my VR cam blog.
I haven't had a chance to do anything at all with it for many months now, and because of that neglect it has slipped down the rankings. I'm just too busy with other work.
It actually had reasonable Google rankings for VR cam related keywords over a few years, so with a little bit of SEO attention, I'd be fairly sure it could get back up there.
Especially as it actually has pretty decent metrics to build on, as below....

DR 33 DA 53 PA 39
around 520 PVs last month (due to falling down rankings)
4.2k backlinks
In terms of revenue, I was linking out to various affiliate programs, which did earn me a few quid, however nothing to get overly excited about.
A new owner might want to take it in a completely different Direction
