Selling established sites

I've got two adult dating social media sites, established for 10+ years and making between 300-400k revenue. I'm thinking about moving out of the biz and looking to sell them off. Any good resources for finding buyers? Looking at it from a revenue x ? factor what would be a decent sales price

Why would anyone ever do that? The only thing that matters is the profit
