Legit Adult websites with SEO traffic are sold at 10x monthly revenues.

Even if it looks like a very nice propriety, I doubt that you will find anybody that will give you more than 1 or 2 grands for it.

I sold a 120k subscriber sub for $990 which wasn't even monetized, so I think $9.9k for a property that has daily $50k visitors and makes $500 / month on autopilot worth at least $9.9k. Tbh I'm not in rush to sell it as it's printing money, and I certainly won't sell it for 2 months of revenue lol.

I agree that selling it for 2 months of revenue would be pointless... 10k is a reasonable asking price IMO.

Handling mod mail is like 10 min a day, the automod is well configured and it deals with most of the issues.

Also, I only get $1.39 / us lead, so if you have a better offer you can easily double the revenue. I didn't bother experimenting with it because I wanted to sell right away I got it.

Also, 20 months from now it will have 900k extra subscribers with the current growth rate.

I also don't use the sticky post to promote my link, so that could drive a shit ton of more traffic I just thought an adult smartlink is too spammy for that.

I think an adult review site would be the best for it with good content and high ticket offers.

This is true, but Reddit makes a shit ton of money on NSFW subreddits. According to Reddit my 700k sub has paid for something like 10 years of Reddit server time alone. Just from post gildings.

As long as you are not breaking reddit TOS and are moderating your community you have nothing to worry about.
