I do not host anything on my website, everything is hosted on third party website. I just provide link of third party site. I get commission from the third party and that is the source of income.

If there is a content that is copyright, the entity can claim it and the content is removed from third party site and i also remove the link from my site for that particular content.

I advise you to read my post carefully before calling me a thief. Content sharing is done by almost all porn sites. If there is a genuine claim of copywrite our partner (3rd party site) respect the claim and delete the content and I also delete the link from my site.

Like the guy who buys stolen goods and latter claims he did NOT know. He is just as guilty as the guy who actually stole it. Why should I chase you thieving asseholes ! It is up to you to determine if it is stolen content before you put it up on your shitty sites.

I really do not understand your example of stolen goods. I do not host any copywriter files, there is no files in my server.(whether file is copywriter or not/whether it is 10 mins video or long). If any third party server host copywriter files, i am not responsible for it. The original owner can take appropriate action against the third party server and get the file removed from that server.
