Rating site...
This isn't a cookie-cutter site that just anyone could make. There is lots of customization from CSS to PHP. I have 100's of hours invested to make this site as effective as possible. You'd be hard-pressed to *hire* someone to take all the care I have.
Traffic isn't much, it's new. I worked on it here and there for about a year. Traffic is growing fast, every week is more hits now. Even had some *real* submissions
Time on site has been growing too, the average user spends 4+ minutes! The CTR (search engine clicks based on how many users see the listing) is 20%...the site simply destroys the competition. Bounce is <50%...these factors *matter* it shows Google: on the surface, the site is appealing, they click. They click, and they stay!
The domain, 'pussy pics', helps with those factors.
This is just not a theme installed and Yoast with some pics added (Yoast sux lol). As for the theme, I choose GEO DIRECTORY. The theme has lots of functions/addons..you could turn this *into* anything if you wanted.
Things I could do to make it better (in order of difficulty):
1) Have a logo made for social media etc.
2) Create a custom 'loading screen' some with quick animations to keep attention (site only takes a couple of secs anyway).
3) Add more custom CSS to make it look 'fancier'..create more of a 'color scheme'.
4) Add 'fake' comments to posts (to get the ball rolling/nudge future 'legit users' to engage).
5) Remove every bit of unused code (plugins don't often use *all* their assets); I already took out, big/obvious chunks though.
6) Clean up all the messy CSS, per W3 specifications.
^Those 2 are extensive endeavors.
Like most things, the biggest, most important optimizations aren't relatively hard...it's once you get into that every detail to save a few more KB, that things become comparatively more time-consuming.
I wanted to keep the 'upload your pic' (sidebar) as simple as possible. However, I could easily allow users to create their own descriptions, country, etc...I just think it would be *overwhelming* for users (lol)...simplicity. Also, the comment section exists, so they could 'chat' there, and talk about that stuff if they wanted.
What it has:
High page speed score. Will probably score A in every regard no matter where you look...small details I've implemented are beyond the scope of those type sites too. I can't even write all the details here, it's TMI..importantly:
CSS loads in the order that it should, priority for above the fold, etc. JS loads nice too. I opted to load analytics in footer...it's the last thing to load, after more critical JS. Images load inline with it too, so GA is not the *only* thing being loaded, which would slow site unreasonably. Only 19 total requests, about 200kb (minus images). Frontpage loads <2s with mediocre hosting...)
BASICALLY, check the waterfall
1) Careful custom caching (nature of the site - can't cache everything for long durations).
2) Even Google analytics is automatically downloaded and kept on-server every 2 days. That way it is cacheable too.
3) All images are compressed and served as WebP. (often 75% reduction in size).
4) Assets are only loaded *where they're needed*
5) CSS/JS is minified/combined, *served via JSON* - infrequently practiced/unknown, but it helps...a lot. I read that Google recommends this method too (recently).
6) AMP-enabled for posts - AMP caching too.
7) Lots of markup schema, meta tags...all this is built automatically on each post. Focus on things like date uploaded (since there is little actual *content*, besides just a picture...)
8) Precise firewall rules. Lots of site security: hidden login, hidden index, throttling suspicious agents, etc.
9) Small simple stuff: lazyload / load inner pages intelligently / image lightbox / automatic 'alt tags' / pre-connect headers / https everywhere / much bloat removed
10) The site runs itself, everything I talked about works automatically.
"pussy" broadly, searched 37m/ mo.

"pussy pics" exactly 201k
I expect someday sooner than later, the site will rank for some broad, widely searched terms.
TAGS are extremely helpful in getting traffic. A lot of the traffic I do get, comes from the tags, 'gape', 'thai', 'blonde', etc...
Maybe apparent that I know a bit...I have 0 backlinks, 0 spam. This is brand new...ready to carefully promote in any way you want. Nothing fishy for Google here. I even tended to add content slowly.
Only today, I felt the site is 'DONE', to my liking. I have other things I like doing. It's closure with me here...MY FUN is over LOL.
Perhaps all this info seems unnecessary, but it represents a lot of work and knowledge. The result is, in the long run, you dominate other sites that are lacking in these coding regards...99.999% of ppl have no clue what I am explaining above.
Probably, most of you still think this was a cinch. Many others, only care about traffic and income. It's worthless if you want to look at it like that. Try imagining potential given what I told you here, and whatever your gut tells you.
