good luck with this, as a buyer you're probably wanting to pay 10-12 months income but as a site owner with real income I'd want 30-40 months minimum

One can say, I say this as I am trying to buy, luckily most here live in reality I have a site 225K a day , averages 18K a month net. How about you buy it for 20 x and show the board what kind of stud you are then show us how you sold for 30-40 times Until then stop talking bull shit you idiot
