      I can't edit my original post, but we're also entertaining any partnership opportunities.

      We can take over your old site, make it responsive (or upgrade its CMS) and provide free hosting (as long as it's not bandwidth intensive) in exchange for 30% of advertisement revenue and/or link placement.
