Use the subdomains to build niche sites like XXX.NUDE.com (Just me messing around with mechbunny for now.)

You are better off to use the domain as it is very unlikely that anyone will ever offer you even 100k.

Years ago you may have got a lot more.

I suspect you will end up holding on to the domain, hoping to make millions. But each year it will be worth less and less.

Instead use it yourself and make some cash.
