Domains AmateurCock.com - 20 Yr Old Domain - Looking for advice

Hey, everyone.

Looking for a bit of advice here involving the domain AmateurCock.com. It's 20 years old, descriptive, memorable, still indexed in Google (verified by searching 'site:amateurcock.com'), has been used before for an adult site according to Archive.org, and is the standard premium domain with two words in a gigantic industry.

Comparative domains containing these two words have sold for anything from $5,000 up to $15,000. AmateurPics.com, AmateurPictures.com, AmateurModel.com, TinyCock.com, FatCock.com and OldCock.com were all within this price range.

Since this is a pretty active place for adult webmasters, I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get the most out of this domain. If anybody is seriously interested, I'd be happy to consider offers. But mostly, I'm just looking for advice from anyone who has sold similar names.

Maybe try to build a site on it (amateur gay porn tube/dating/cams). I wouldn't expect getting too much for the domain itself. It's not that bad but also nothing special and adult domain market isn't what it used to be years ago.

Thanks for the tip! Maybe I'll try building a site around it. But concerning the domain market, three of those domains I mentioned were sold within the last three years. I doubt the market has changed that much in that amount of time. After all, people are always looking for valuable domains.

I don't see many adult domains selling on Sedo for $5000 in the last few years, but you could try listing it there or NameJet some of the other domain markets. It's a good domain, but there are a lot of good domains available in that price range.

I'm sure there aren't many selling for that price. I was just comparing mine to a few similar ones that have sold in that past few years. Listing it on Namejet is a good idea. Would you go with fixed pricing or start an auction?

Just because a domain has 2 words doesn't make it valuable.

Thanks for giving me the link to your marketplace; I'll definitely check it out. But I'm aware that 2 words don't make a domain valuable; I was basing the price off of the age and the selling price of similar domains.
