First of all i'm new. So i need to speak to webmaster of YourDailyGirls.com ASAP; last month i bought hardlink space from that website via this broker; Pham ([email protected]) via this GFY thread; (can't post urls)

Thing is that i only received 11 days out of this month worth of traffic, because my link, which was paid for, was being removed every 2 to 3 days. Started to notice this in GA at first, then it wasn't on YourDailyGirls anymore. I had to email Pham to get it back up so the end date kept shifting. After 2 times i told him to end this deal and send the difference back; i paid $250 for 6 months, so that is $242.47 that i need back.

At first Pham told me he would send the money back. That did not happen, then Pham tells me he needs wait for someone else to send him money so he can pay me back; this tells me he will scam more people. This also tells me that Pham is probably the webmaster of YourDailyGirls.com.

I would also like to know who is [email protected]? Money was sent to that paypal account.

I sent mail to their hosting/registar and even admin of GFY and dw444@att, but no response.

Also Pham made these GFY threads and people are so positive in their comments, are these real GFY accounts or part of the scam? Google: site:gfy.com phamtastic288 (can't post urls)

So i need my money back, without this happening to more webmasters and i need to speak to webmaster of YourDailyGirls.com.

dude if you paid via paypal, just file a complaint against him and get your money back. As long as you have a paper trail to send them, paypal is pretty quick at dealing with issues like this!

well, so it seems dooglas sold YDG many months ago but still has access to its backend/or server so he is able to add links there. how his scam works is that he probably adds peoples links just for a short time, then removes them so current owner doesn't notice anything.

Other sources tell me that Doug Witt was a stand guy, but that all changed after he sold YDG. The reason why i made this thread because i couldn't find any information about Pham and Doug being scammers. All threads are really positive.

Nicolase has been refunded. I do not have anything to do with YourDailyPornstars or anything else Doug does. I allowed him to continue posting galleries on the site YourDailyGirls, but he was not allowed to sell anything else: links, adspace, etc, on the site.

As far I know this has been the only link he tried to sell in this manner.

I assume you notice when his fake nick has been made, the month the contract that allowed him to still sell links, then he makes this fake nick.

Hopefully anthony you will block his ass from posting galleries and making sales from a site you own.

He is still blocked until I can at least make sure everyone has been refunded. I had only noticed the one link but this new guy is telling me he was trying to also sell him a full html block on the main page. I’m not even sure how he expected to do that.

The script is a custom script which was well done but I don’t like the workflow. You can do a similar design and just use Wordpress though.

Yes some people didn't get scammed by him and the rest of us did, so if you didn't get scammed you don't need to post how great it was that you didn't get scammed by him. I made this thread to inform other webmasters and so that people can get their money back.

The point is wankawonk, that Pham28/Doug Witt/Dooglas doesn't have the rights to legally sell links on that site, and hasn't for some time!!!

So before you lend your name to defending the guy, you should read the full post, and make sure that you want your image associated with a guy that has just got caught red handed selling links on a site that he doesn't own, and that the previous owner didn't approve

Nicolase, If he contacted you via [email protected], but wanted you to send money to [email protected] a different paypal email address, this should have been your first sign that something was wrong. Don't do business with people online, that you don't know, that are using 2 email addresses. They most likely are burner nicks that they throw away when they get caught

Because since I purchased the site from him, I have lost all interest in adult, and he works hard to grind out galleries everyday which keeps the site going. Almost everyone I've ever dealt with in adult is a scammer of some sort. I am never surprised that things like this happen, but am of the new ways it happens.

You could hire someone to add galleries every day then you wouldn't have to deal with shit like this, but you are opening yourself up until his next scam, the cunt should be banned from every board.

He was allowed to sell links up until May 15, 2018. However, the agreement was they must expire by that date. He asked on April 18 if I would allow him to sell links for another year, and I told him no.

I am willing to finish out people's terms in the case they are not "lifetime" links.

Anyone who emailed me I offered a solution for their money back and/or to finish their term. One, maybe two, people emailed me, and said they just wanted to tell their side and didn't care to be refunded. One person wanted to buy another link from me!

I started this thread so people would see that something fishy was going on and after it was clear that Doug is a scammer i made it clear that people can get their money back because i got my money back.

I googled this term that you use; dox: search for and publish private or identifying information about (a particular individual) on the Internet, typically with malicious intent.

I don't know why you are accusing me of malicious intent when you have Doug's information and you won't give it to the authorities. Why are you harboring this scammer? And what will i do with his information; not anything malicious! I really did not say that i would do anything malicious, all i said that i got my money back and why would i do something like that.

Report him to the authorities, if you want, and they will get his info very easily if that is your intention. I think interpol have a special division dedicated to adult hardlink scams. But you are NOT THE POLICE and I don't have to answer to you!

[email protected] is an ISP email, email them with your investigation. Go through all the sites he promotes on YourDailyPornStars.com and ask those programs for his info. Paypal, too. Leave me out of it!
