Anyway, about toplists I'd just like to remind everyone that it's not as important your placement on the list as it is your site discription. The nastier the better.

i beg to differ. I havent done toplists for over 2 years but i can still remember that being in the top 10 is the key.... then your description is the next key.
If you look at the ins and the outs you will see that they are much greater starting at the top and get smaller as they go down.Comment

Personally I think most top lists suck, and give the surfer a bad feeling about the net. I remember when I first started on the net, getting jerked all over hell and back. All I did was click on a nice description, and 2 mins later and 30 flying by sites, my browser crashed... To much bull shit..

I agree with lightning. That seems to be the only place I run into CP. When I see the rules, the webmaster swears up and down he won't allow any CP and then his whole list is made of it.
I guess toplists are the most desperate for trades. Which is why most of them are crap.
For a few exceptions, they are lame.
