How much would you pay for a tube with 1.3m users per month?

I have been offered to buy a straight tube website whose main audience is Russian (over 70%). The design is pretty minimal and needs a huge work and content is meh, so-so. It makes around 4m pageviews per month and average of 1.3m users monthly. I am not interested in the website itself rather than it's traffic that I could send to my tubes. How much would you pay for it?

If its the xvids.cc site someone posted earlier on gfy, check the analytics because that is not traffic on the site but rather the number of views of embeded vids shown on yandex.

If its not about that site, then ask to run a test for couple of days and see how many users you can redirect to your own tubes and you’ll know the answer to your question

You should also make sure and check GA, if they don't have it setup, then create a GA on your login and have them put it into the pages for a few days to get a good idea where and what traffic is coming in

No, the owner of the tube I am talking about shared with me his GA and what I wrote before are real stats from GA. It worries me that 74% Russian traffic though, as it's known to not convert well.
